Right click on "Unknown Device" and select Update Driver, the select the browse my computer. Select C:/Program Files/Bowers & Wilkins/MM-1 Programmer. A dialogue box will pop up. Select the option to install the unsigned driver. Next, run the MM-1 Programmer and follow the prompts to upgrade the firmware and install the speakers.
This can be done via the 'Add Formation product' option within settings in the Bowers & Wilkins Music app. If you have recently replaced your wireless router and your Formation products are not pulsing amber, please follow the steps below.
